Proposal for Removing Mismatch between Academic Load and Credits Received for TAships
The proposal seeks to update the existing TAship regulations by revising how TA duty is counted toward academic overload. Specifically, it recommends changing the current rule where a TAship is considered equivalent to the load of a 4-credit course to instead count a TAship as the load of a 2-credit course, aligning it with the actual credits awarded for TA duty.
